脱氢枞酸月桂酯和脱氢枞酸β-苯乙酯的合成

Synthesis of Lauryl Dehydroabietate and β-Phenylethyl Dehydroabietate

摘要: 通过一种简单易操作的方法合成了脱氢枞酸月桂酯和脱氢枞酸β-苯乙酯,脱氢枞酸首先在甲苯中与SOCl2反应制得脱氢枞酸酰氯,脱氢枞酸酰氯在室温下与月桂醇和β-苯乙醇反应制得脱氢枞酸月桂酯和脱氢枞酸β-苯乙酯。

Abstract: The simple route for synthesis of lauryl dehydroabietate and β-phenylethyl dehydroabietate was reported in the paper. Dehydroabietyl chrolide was synthesized through the reaction of dehydroabietic acid and SOCl2 at room temperature,after which lauryl dehydroabietate and β-phenylethyl dehydroabietate were synthesized through the reaction of dehydroabietyl chrolide and lauryl alcohol, β-phenylethanol at room temperature.
