    Abstract ( 644 )   PDF (998KB) ( 1200 )   Save
An isolation technology of Litsea cubeba kernel oil in a dynamic supercritical fluid extraction system was described. Factors influencing extraction yield were discussed. By orthogonal test, the optimum technological conditions were:extraction temperature 45 ℃, pressure 25 MPa, flow rate of carbon dioxide 220 L/h and extraction time 80 min. The yield of extraction was 84.5%. It is proved that adding the solvent and rinding shell may improve extraction rates of Litsea cubeba kernel oil.

Microcrystalline cellulose-acrylate composite magnetic microsphere was prepared with the aid of inverse suspension polymerization. The analysis of the interior structure and properties of microsphere indicated the avicel was covered inside the acrylic ester and Fe3O4 located in the pores of interior microsphere. Microcrystalline cellulose-acrylate composite magnetic microsphere was one kind of semi-hard-magnetic materials via magnetic analysis.

    2009, 43 (1):  9-12.
    Abstract ( 519 )   PDF (970KB) ( 1364 )   Save
HBS lignin-pentaerythritol modified rosin resins were successfully synthesized from rosin, pentaerythritol and HBS lignin. These resins were characterized by softening point, acid value, viscosity, DSC-TGA, and compared with rosin. The results showed that HBS lignin could partially subsititute pentaerythritol to modity rosin resin. The properties of rosin resin, such as softening point, acid value, viscosity, and heat resistance, were improved by HBS lignin-pentaerythritol modification. The results showed that the modification of HBS lignin has better effect on the properties of modified rosin than that of lignin sulfonate.

    2009, 43 (1):  13-16.
    Abstract ( 677 )   PDF (912KB) ( 1184 )   Save
The ginkgo exocarp extract containing 94.8% of ginkgo phenol was dissolved in CHCl3. A little amount of emulsifying agent alkylphenol ethoxylate was added to prepare a liquid containing 12.6% of ginkgo phenol. The liquid was diluted with 50,100,150,and 200 times of water. The leaves of Breassica chinensis Linn.were soaked with the diluted solutions to feed larvas of cabbage caterpillar at the ages of 3 and 4 years old.The antifeeding rate was up to 30.14%~85.30%.The diluted solution at 150 times has better effect of antifeeding to larva at 3 years old.The peak value of antifeeding was in the third day after treatment. The effect to 3 years lerva was better than that to 4 years larva. The antifeeding mechanism of ginkgo phenol to cabbage caterpillar was discussed. The antifeeding reasons of ginkgo phenol to cabbage caterpillar are that ginkgo phenol can inhibit synthesis of enzymes such as tyrosinase, and affect molting and growth of cabbage caterpillar. It shows antifeeding and developing to super-numerary larva. So most of them can not become pupas and then die.

Polysulfone membrane was used to treat the solution of tara tannin. The influencs of several factors such as the mole-cular weight cutoff, trans-membrane pressure, flow velocity, and temperature on membrane property and product quality were studied. The experimental results showed that, under the conditions of molecular weight cutoff of 10000, trans-membrane pressure of 0.2 MPa, flow velocity of 2.0 m/s, and temperature of 40-45℃, the tara tannin with turbidity≤0.5 NTU, and purity ≥85% was obtained.

    2009, 43 (1):  25-27.
    Abstract ( 1756 )   PDF (981KB) ( 1402 )   Save
The natural benzaldehyde could be prepared by hydrolysis of Chinese cinnamon oil, but a small amount of impurity in prepared nutural benzaldehyde was difficult to be removed by rectification process. The purification of benzaldehyde was studied by addition of benzaldhyde with sodium bisulfite. The effects of acid or alkali, reaction temperature, water amount and different operation conditions on the reaction were also discussed. The results showed that the purity of benzaldehyde was over 99.0% after hydrolysis of adduct by acidification or basification to remover the impurity and acidification for purification was slightly better than basification.

    2009, 43 (1):  32-35.
    Abstract ( 800 )   PDF (919KB) ( 1055 )   Save
Research progress of immobilized cellulases with soluble, insoluble and souble-insoluble carriers was mainly introduced. Cellulase immobilized on soluble carriers can hydrolyze insoluble cellulose effectively, but cellulase can't be recycled expediently. Cellulase immobilized on insoluble carriers could be recycled expediently, but most of them can't hydrolyze insoluble cellulose because of poor contact. Even immobilized on magnetic nanoparticles and membranes, it could only hydrolyze soluble CMC and not hydrolyze insoluble cellulose efficiently. Immobilized cellulase on soluble-insoluble(S-IS) carriers can hydrolyze insoluble cellulose, and be recycled expediently, but cellulase is difficult to be combined on S-IS firmly and the activity and amount loss of the immobilized cellulase is significant during precipitation-dissolution process. It is expected to develop new S-IS and immobilization method.

The harms, prevention and comprehensive utilization of Eupatorium adenophorum are described in this article. As an invasive species, E. adenophorum loots others' living space and has done great harms to the balance and development of the nature. E. adenophorum's special Chinese medical herbal smell can make animals and people faint and make animals have an allergy and refuse food. Using it as washers, animals' hoofs would be rotted. Because of the unique characteristics of E. adenophorum, it has great uses in many fields, mainly including the agricultural and industrial uses. The research and development of the potential value of E. adenophorum have attracted people's attention.
