松材线虫病疫木热处理全自动控制系统及工艺设计

Automatic Control System and the Process Design of the Heat Treatment about Pine Wood Nematode Infected Timber

摘要: 针对松材线虫病疫木热处理除害过程及木材干燥的相关要求,设计了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的全自动疫木除害热处理控制系统,制定了热处理及干燥工艺流程,实现了热处理及干燥参数的在线测量和自动控制,开发了智能化的管理系统、控制系统软件。该系统测温范围-40~125℃,精度±1℃;相对湿度30%~100%,精度±2%RH;木材含水率在8%~30%范围内, 精度±1.5%,在30%~80%范围内,精度±3%。实验结果表明, 该系统可靠性高、保障了除害处理质量、提升了疫木除害处理设备性能,具有较强的工程实用价值。

Abstract: An automatic programmable logic controller (PLC) control system of heat treatment of infected wood were designed, aiming at the heat treatment of pine wood nematode infected timber and wood drying process, and formulate the heat-treatment and drying process. The heat-treatment and drying parameter of the online measurement and automatic control were realized and the intelligent management system as well as control system software were developed. The system datas are as follows: measuring temperature range -40-125℃, accuracy ±1℃, relative humidity 30%-100% with accuracy ±2% RH. The accuracy was ±1.5% when wood moisture content between 8%-30%, and accuracy was ±3% at range 30%-80%. The results showed that this system had higher reliability, guarantee the quality of insecticide treatment, improved heat treatment equipment performance.
