回收PTA制取电缆增塑剂的新工艺

Study on New Preparation Process of Cable Plasticizers from Recycled PTA

摘要: 用富含对苯二甲酸(PTA)的工业废弃苯酐和异辛醇合成了增塑剂对苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DOTP),研究了不同反应条件对合成工艺的影响。结果表明:以钛酸四丁酯为催化剂,催化剂用量0.2%、醇酸物质的量之比2.2:1、240℃下反应4h,转化率大于99%,气相检测蒸馏后产品有效成分达94%。通过此工艺合成DOTP,可以避免原料纯化所带来的碱化、提纯、酸化、干燥等诸多步骤,所有杂质都在产品纯化中去除,且产品质量良好。

Abstract: Plasticizer diisooctyle terephthalate(DOTP)were synthesized from industrial waste phthalic anhydride which rich in pure terephalic acid(PTA) and iso-octanol. The effects of different conditions were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: tetrabutyl titanate has good catalytic effect, the amount of catalyst 0.2%, reaction temperature 240℃ and reaction time 4h. Under these conditions the conversion rate was >99% and purity was 94%. Compare to the current process(reaction after pretreatment), it will be decrease of many steps,such as alkalization, purification and evaporation etc. Impurities can be removed in the product purification and the product has good quality.
