0#柴油-乙醇-花生油混合燃料的柴油机动力性和经济性研究

Study on the Dynamic Property and Economy of the 0# Diesel-ethanol-peanut Mixed Oil

摘要: 根据0#柴油、乙醇、花生油互溶性三相图,配制0#柴油、乙醇和花生油体积比为25:4:5的混合燃料。燃用混合燃料的柴油机台架实验表明:燃用0#柴油-乙醇-花生油混合燃料的柴油机应该适当增大柴油机供油提前角。柴油机供油提前角为16.8°时,在小负荷工况下,燃用0#柴油-乙醇-花生油混合燃料的柴油机油耗率明显大于燃用0#柴油的柴油机油耗率,最高达到19.55%;在中高负荷工况下,略低于燃用0#柴油的柴油机油耗率。因此燃用0#柴油-乙醇-花生油混合燃料的柴油机在增大柴油机供油提前角的前提下,在中高负荷工况时的经济性和动力性好于0#柴油。

Abstract: The 0# diesel-ethanol-peanut oil are mixed by the volume ratio of 25:4:5 according to the miscibility phase diagram about the 0# diesel-ethanol-peanut oil. The bench test showed that, the fuel supply advance angle of the diesel engine should be increased if it is fueling the 0# diesel-ethanol-peanut oil. When the advance angle is 16.8℃, at the little load the consumption rate of the 0# diesel-ethanol-peanut oil is better than the 0# diesel, and the highest consumption rate is 19.55%;at the high load the result would be on the opposite. The diesel engine of the fuel economy and dynamic property are better than the 0# diesel when the diesel engine increases the advance angle and is at the high load.
