固体碱K2O/Zr-MCM-41催化大豆油酯交换反应的研究

Study on Transesterification of Soybean Oil Catalyzed by Solid Base K2O/Zr-MCM-41

摘要: 以浸渍法制备了K2O/ Zr-MCM-41固体碱催化剂,采用XRD技术对其进行表征,并以该固体碱为催化剂进行大豆油酯交换反应研究。结果表明,产品得率达到 95.8%以上。且该工艺操作简单,催化剂可回收再生,整个过程无"三废"污染。

Abstract: Solid base catalyst K2O/Zr-MCM-41 has been prepared by impregnation methods and characterized by XRD techniques. Ester-exchange reactions of soybean oil catalyzed by solid base catalyst were studied. The yield of biodiesel was over 95.8%. The new technology features simplicity, catalyst reusable and zero pollution.
