松木慢速热解影响因素的实验研究

Experimental Research on the Factors Influencing Slow Pyrolysis of Pine Wood

摘要: 以红松为原料,从升温速率(5、10和15℃/ min)、生物质颗粒粒径(120~180、180~380和380~830 μm)以及试样量(4、6和8 mg)等3个影响生物质慢速热解的主要因素进行了实验研究和分析。结果表明,在粒径和试样量一定的情况下,随着升温速率的增大,生物质的热失重曲线略向高温方向偏移;在试样量和升温速率一定的情况下,反应速率随着粒径的减小而增大。

Abstract: The three main factors influenced biomass slow pyrolysis, such as heating rate (5,10,15℃/min), biomass particle size(120-180,180-380,380-830 μm), and sample mass (4,6,8 mg), were experimentally studied and analyzed using the red pine wood as raw material. The results showed that the TG curves of biomass slightly moved to the direction of high tempercture with the increase of heating rate at stable particle size and sample mass. The pyrolysis rate increased with the decrease of particle size at stable sample mass and heating rate.
