摘要:

利用热水预水解处理生物质,可有效提取生物质中的半纤维素及其还原糖。半纤维素在各个领域内都能产生重要作用,对近十年来国内外在热水预水解提取生物质半纤维素及其还原糖领域取得的成果进行综述,分析了热水预水解过程中生物质半纤维素的变化规律,介绍了热水预水解生物质的优缺点,详细阐述了热水预水解生物质提取半纤维素及其还原糖的研究现状和发展趋势。

关键词: 生物质, 半纤维素, 热水预水解, 提取率

Abstract:

Hemicellulose and its reducing sugar can be effectively extracted by hot-water prehydrolysis from biomass. The role of hemicellulose has important impact in various fields. The research results of hemicellulose and its reducing sugar extraction by hot-water prehydrolysis at home and abroad in recent ten years were reviewed. The reaction rule of hemicellulose during the hot-water prehydrolysis were analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of this method were expounded. The research progress and the development tendency of this method were carefully summarized.
