摘要/Abstract

摘要： 广西梧州日成林产化工有限公司在原有氢化松香生产线的基础上进行了扩产改造,作者就设计能力为 5000 t/a 的新生产线中的压力设计、反应器设计、气液比的选择、反应热的控制、氢气耗量计算等实际参数的确定提出了自己的看法。

关键词: 氢化松香, 生产线设计

Abstract: The problems, such as operation pressure, reactor design, selection of gas-liquid ratio, reaction heat control and calculation of hydrogen consumption etc. for designing of new production line with capacity of 5000 t/a hydrogenated rosin based on the enlargement and reconstruction of original production line in Gungxi Wuzhou Sun Shine Forestry & Chemical Co.Ltd. are discussed in this paper.
