稻草苯酚液化树脂胶的制备及性能研究

Preparation and Properties of Straw Phenol Liquefied Resin

摘要: 用苯酚作为介质使稻草液化,将稻草中的纤维素、半纤维素和木质素转化成具有一定生物活性的液态物质,制备一种新型胶黏剂。经过TG-DSC分析,其固化温度为116.3℃,比普通的酚醛树脂胶低很多,经红外光谱分析比较表明,稻草液化胶与酚醛胶具有十分相似的IR特征峰。

Abstract: Phenol is used as a medium for liquefaction of straw. The cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in straw has been turned into a liquid substance with certain biological activity, which is a new type of adhesive. TG-DSC analysis shows that its curing temperature is 116℃, which is much lower than that of common phenolic resin. Infrared spectroscopy analysis shows the resin which was made from straw has very similar IR peaks to those of phenolic resin.
