The factors affecting the efficiency of enzymatic hydrolysis by Accellerase 1000, and the glucose inhibition and deactivation property of several typical industrial cellulases including Accellerase 1000, Spezyme CP, and Novozyme 188 were investigated. The results showed that the hydrolysis efficiency was not significantly affected by the reactor geometry, while the solid content, the cellulase loading, the stirring rate and the temperature had great influence on the hydrolysis efficiency of Accellerase 1000. The activities of filter paper units (FPU) and cellubioase (CBU) of Accellerase 1000 decreased faster in the acetate buffer than Spezyme CP and Novozyme 188. With the existence of lignin particles, the deactivation rate of the filter paper units was decreased, while the deactivation rate of cellubioase activity was increased. The activities of Spezyme CP and Novozyme 188 were more stable than Accellerase 1000. Glucose showed an obvious inhibition effect on the cellulase enzymes.

Reference materials of abietic acid were prepared using abietic acid with purity of 95% isolated from Pinus massoniana Lamb. rosin. Quantitative analysis of abietic acid was carried out by gas chromatography using DB-5 quartz capillary column. Homogeneity examination of the reference materials was applied by statistical analysis. The stability of the reference materials of abietic acid was good and amounted to 8 months at -16℃.

Carbon fiber precursors were prepared from liquefied wood in phenol by adding hexamethylenetetramine and soaking in the solution containing hydrochloric acid and formaldehyde as the main components. The pryolysis process and dynamics of carbon fiber precursors prepared from liquefied wood were studied using the thermo-gravimetric analysis method. The results show that, the maximum pyrolysis rate of the synthetic fibers occurred at 510℃,and the second pyrolysis reaction caused at 748℃. Because of the less thermal mass loss, it is illustrated thermal stability of the synthetic fibers was good. There were two exothermic decomposition peaks on DSC curves of the synthetic fibers from 0 to 600℃. The location of these peaks move to high temperature with increasing heating rate and the shape of peaks became larger and wider. The activation energy of two peaks were 69.36 and 59.02 kJ/mol, respectively. Reaction order were 0.862 and 0.734, respectively, and less than 1. That showed the two decomposition reactions was relatively complex.

Formation and microstructure observation of traumatic gum canals by tapping wounds in the
Liquidambar formosana
Hance trees grown in Guangxi, Jiangxi and Guizhou were researched. Microexamination shows: no traumatic gum canal can be found in liquidambar xylem without the trauma, but all the trees with tapping wounds formed traumatic gum canals. The results indicated that wounding is the necessary requirement for traumatic gum canals forming. In different places, the amount of the traumatic gum canals was different, and it related obviously to the yield of the resin, the more the traumatic gum canals, the higher resin yield. The distribution of the traumatic gum canals in the circumference of the trees is depend on cutting location. The number of traumatic gum canal from
L.formaosana
were as follows:Jiangxi 4-5 row,Guizhou 2 row, Guangxi 1 row. Distribution of traumatic gum canal after tapping in trunk circum ference are different with different notched location. Tapping wounds of 5-10 cm wide can affect the cambium within 1/4 circumference in trees, and cause its produce traumatic gum canals.

1-Methyl-3-benzylimidazliu chloride ionic liquid ([Bzmim]Cl) was synthesized by ultrasonic assistance, and its structure was characterized by UV and FT-IR spectra. The influences of the reaction conditions on the yield of [Bzmim]Cl were investigated, and the experimental results showed that the application of ultrasonic wave intensified the synthesis process of ionic liquids and reduced the synthesis time. The optimum synthesis condition was obtained as follows: power of ultrasonic wave 100 W, reaction temperature 80℃, reaction time 1 h and the molar ratio value of benzyl chloride to 1-methylimidazole were 1.1. The yield and purity of the ionic liquid under the optimum condition were 99.8% and 98 %, respectively. The dissolution of the Chinese fir sawdust activated in the ionic liquid was discussed under different temperature, and the solubility of the sawdust is 5.4 at 120℃.

The thermal decomposition of bagasse in flowing nitrogen at 4 different heating rates was studied by TG. The apparent activation energy of thermal processing ranged from 102.40 kJ/mol to 161.24 kJ/mol was calculated by iso-conversional method. During the zone of activation energy was nearly constant, and the kinetic model function was 1/2 order simplex reaction, model function

Plasticizer diisooctyle terephthalate(DOTP)were synthesized from industrial waste phthalic anhydride which rich in pure terephalic acid(PTA) and iso-octanol. The effects of different conditions were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: tetrabutyl titanate has good catalytic effect, the amount of catalyst 0.2%, reaction temperature 240℃ and reaction time 4h. Under these conditions the conversion rate was >99% and purity was 94%. Compare to the current process(reaction after pretreatment), it will be decrease of many steps, such as alkalization, purification and evaporation etc. Impurities can be removed in the product purification and the product has good quality.

Strains were selected from five fuel ethanol hydrolysate fermentation. Thermostable domestication and the fermentation optimization of better strain were studied. The results showed that in the fermentation comparison of
Candida shechatae, Pachysolen tannophilus, Neurospora intermedia
and
Neurospora sitophila
with glucose as the single carbon source,
Saccharomyces cerevisiae
was the best for the highest ethanol yield and the shortest log phase with 6-13 h. By domestication, a thermostable strain was screened out, which performed normal growth under 42℃. By optimizing, the optimum fermentation conditions were determined for temperature 30℃, stirring rate 150 r/min, initial pH value 5.0, inoculation amount 10%. The yeast can not be directly used for ethanol fermentation hydrolysis. But it can be used after domesticated or strain improvement.

An automatic programmable logic controller (PLC) control system of heat treatment of infected wood were designed, aiming at the heat treatment of pine wood nematode infected timber and wood drying process, and formulate the heat-treatment and drying process. The heat-treatment and drying parameter of the online measurement and automatic control were realized and the intelligent management system as well as control system software were developed. The system datas are as follows: measuring temperature range -40-125℃, accuracy ±1℃, relative humidity 30%-100% with accuracy ±2% RH. The accuracy was ±1.5% when wood moisture content between 8%-30%, and accuracy was ±3% at range 30%-80%. The results showed that this system had higher reliability, guarantee the quality of insecticide treatment, improved heat treatment equipment performance.
