Abstract: The shortage of fossil fuel has became one of the most serious problems in the world nowadays.Much attention by all governments is extensively paid to the development of forest biomass-energy technology.12 wild oleiferous tree species which have potential exploitability were briefly introduced in this paper. These tree species included Koelreuteria paniculata.Laxm., Pistacia chinensis Bunge, Sapium sebiferum Roxb., Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge, Ldesia palycarpa Maxim., Podocarpus nagi Pilke., Malania oleifera Chun et Lee, Garcinia multiflora Champ., Sambucus williamsii, Toona sinensis (A Juss.) Roem., Cornus walteri Wanger., Elaeagnus mollis Diels.Based on the introduction, several problems related to the development, construction and utilization of biomass energy forest are discussed, and some useful advices were also given.
