Abstract: The commercial cellulase C2730 has been used to hydrolyze corn straw residue treated by steam explosion. The effects of different amino acids, concentration of amino acids, temperature on enzymatic hydrolysis were investigated. The experimental results demonstrated the better conditions for enzymatic hydrolysis were 15FPIU, phenylalanine 1.5 g/L, at 50℃, and 48 h for hydrolysis. Yields of reducing sugar and glucose were 51.38% and 36.78%, respectively.

Key words: steam explosion of corn straw residue, cellulase, enzymatic hydrolysis, amino acid
