Abstract: The synthesis technology of longchain epoxy resins from oils was studied. The influence of the synthesis conditions on the properties of epoxy resins was discussed. The optimal conditions for synthesis of flexible epoxy resins were:reaction temperature 125℃, time 2 h, amount of catalyst 0.2%. The properties of prepared epoxy resin adhesive and bonding strength of brush meet the requirements of the company standard.
