Abstract: In this course, the basic knowledge and development state of the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) in the world is introduced. According to the situation of our country, it is considered that it is very important and significant to implement CDM in China.This part is a piece of science popularization, and it introduces mainly some basic concepts of CDM: baseline, extra, project boundary and leakage and monitoring methodology, etc. using simple and understandable examples to discuss problems more clearly.
