Abstract: China is rich with the woody oil plant resources.There are great economic and social significances in exploiting and utilizing it.After referring a lot of relative research literatures, the current situation of woody oil plant resource in China, and its exploitation and utilization as well as perspective of development were analysed in this paper.The existing problems were pointed out and a series of solving countermeasures in exploiting and utilizing woody oil plants were put forward.
