Supercritical CO2 Extraction of Polyphenol from the Husk of Earthnut

Abstract: The extraction and isolation conditions of polyphenol from the husk of earthnut by supercritical CO2 process were stu-died. Influences of extraction temperature, extraction pressure, and extraction time on the content of polyphenol were investigated, and suitable conditions were determined based on the single-factor tests. They were as follows: extraction temperature 60℃, extraction time 2 h, extraction pressure 20 MPa, 80% ethanol was used as a modifier, and its dosage was 4 mL for per gram material. The yield of polyphenol was 6.19% under above conditions.
