生物基环氧固化剂中试工艺生产线的改进研究

摘要: 为解决生物基环氧固化剂中试生产线反应釜物料搅拌时黏结搅拌桨叶、气体冷凝不充分、尾气排放超标等问题,对其工艺系统进行了技术改造。通过采用加长进料管将物料直接滴加在搅拌器涡流范围内,以便其及时与釜内物料混合发生反应,以及降低物料黏度等方法解决了反应釜物料搅拌黏结的问题;并根据蒸汽的热负荷,计算冷凝器换热面积,更换旧冷凝器降低了不凝有机气体的含有率。通过改进生产线,生产中尾气排放达到了环保要求,更提高了生产效率,使产能提高了3倍。

Abstract: In order to resolve the problems of material bonded stirrer in reactor, insufficiency condensation of gas and off-gas exceed standard in the pilot-scale product line of biology-base epoxy hardener, the process system was reformed. The feed pipe was lengthened, the feed was directly added into the eddy range of stirrer and timely reacted with the material in the reactor, which could reduce the viscosity of material and resolve the bond problem. And the heat exchanging area of the condenser was checked on the basis of heat load of vapor and the old condenser was changed so that the content of the non-condensable organic gas reduced. By improving the production line, the off-gas reached the environmental requirements and the production efficiency improved with the productivity increasing fourfold.
