合成樟脑中樟脑含量测定方法的对比研究

摘要: 用气相色谱(GC)法分析合成樟脑中莰酮-2的含量,用化学法测定合成樟脑中总酮的含量,并对化学法和 GC 法测得樟脑含量的差别进行了对比研究,其结果表明 GC 法测得的莰酮-2含量与化学法测得的总酮含量之间具有数值上的近似性,并且这种近似性在标准规定不同品质级别的合成樟脑中表现一致。GC 法可缩短分析时间,结果准确和可靠,此法已被《合成樟脑》GB/T 4895-2007国家标准引用,作为樟脑含量的测定方法之一。

Abstract: The content of 2-camphanone in synthetic camphor was determined by GC method, and at the same time the content of total ketones in the synthetic camphor was determined by chemical method. The results showed that the content of 2-camphanone by GC area normalization method was accordant with the content of total ketones by chemical method in numerical value after the content difference comparison of these two methods. They were suitable to synthetic camphor products in different grades of quality mentioned in the national standard GB/T 4895-2007. GC method could shorten the analysis time with good accuracy and reliability, so it is used in the national standard GB/T 4895-2007 《synthetic camphor》 as the technical requirement for synthe-tic camphor content, which has been published on Mar 5, 2007 and will be executed from September 1, 2007.
