摘要: 大豆油及其衍生物以其良好的环保性和资源可再生性,在新能源和新材料等领域有着广泛应用。本文介绍了作为可再生资源的大豆油的结构和组成成分,大豆油及其衍生物在生物柴油、油墨以及聚氨酯新材料等方面的应用研究进展。

Abstract: Considering enivironmentally-friendly and reproducible concepts, soybean-oil and it's derivatives have been widely used in the fields of new materials and energy. The followed aspects have been reviewed including:structures and composition of soybean oil, research and application progress of soybean oil and its derivatives in the areas of manufacturing polyurethane materials, biodiesel and ink etc..
