生物质炭化技术研究进展

摘要: 针对生物质炭化技术相对滞后的现状,从生物质特性研究入手,在分析炭化机理的基础上,重点评述了生物质炭化影响因素和工艺装置的研究进展。指出原料、预处理方式和工艺参数是影响生物炭产量的3个主要因素,并对比了窑炭化、固定床炭化、螺旋炭化、微波炭化和流化床炭化的优缺点,为后续生物质炭化技术发展指明方向。

Abstract: It was seen that the biomass carbonization technology laged behind basic research. In this paper,the properties of biomass were studied at first.Then,the biochar mechanism was analyzed.After that,the research progresses of biochar manufacturing technique and equipment were mainly reviewed.It indicated that the raw material,pretreatment methods and technique parameters were three main influence factors on the yield of biochar.And the advantages and disadvantages of kiln carbonization,fixed bed carbonization,spiral carbonization,microwave carbonization and fluidized carbonization were compared to guide for the future research.
