过硫酸钠热激活法深度氧化竹材制浆废水生化出水的研究

Advanced Oxidation of the Biochemical Effluent of Bamboo Pulping Wastewater Based on Sodium Persulfate Activated by Heat

摘要: 研究过硫酸钠热激活法深度氧化竹材化学机械法制浆废水生化出水。结果表明,在温度为50℃,Na2S2O8用量为1.5 kg/t时,化学需氧量(COD)达到最低值65 mg/L,COD去除率为54.86%,此时水质满足80 mg/L的国家排放标准。pH值对废水COD的影响体现在既可以在强酸性时产生木质素酸析效应,又可以在强碱性条件下影响过热激活过硫酸盐体系的自由基类型。自由基的反应性强、寿命短,反应可以在20 min内有效完成,延长反应时间,COD几乎不变。

Abstract: Activated sodium persulfate used as the AOTs to degrade the biochemical effluent of bamboo wastewater in chemical machanical pulp craft was investigated.The results indicated that when the dosage was 1.5 kg/t at 50℃,COD reached the lowest,65 mg/L,and the removal efficiency was 54.86%.Thus the effluent met the national emission standard,80 mg/L.The pH value could not only perform the lignin-precipitation-effect in strong acidity,but also affect the species of free radical in powerful alkaline in the heat activated persulfate system.The oxidation of pollutants could finish in 20 min because the free radicals had strong reactivity and short life.No change had occurred on the COD nearly with the reaction time prolonging.
